Congratulations to Overby-Sheppard Elementary School!

For the month of February, the law firm of ReidGoodwin, PLC awarded Overby-Sheppard Elementary School the $500.00 Reading Corner Grant! The grant will be used to purchase books that better reflects the experiences and identities of all young readers. We think representation is an important factor for creating interest and connection to literature. ReidGoodwin is excited to invest in Overby-Sheppard Elementary and students by helping to create a diverse library collection!

ReidGoodwin, headquartered in Richmond, has a history of community engagement – partnering with the likes of Richmond Animal League (RAL), FeedMore, JDRF, The Giving Heart, Ronald McDonald House, Safe Harbor, Angel Tree, and more.  Now, more than ever, our communities need responsible corporate citizens that give back to their community. “ReidGoodwin’s Reading Corner” is a natural extension to give back to the children in our community and support the educators and libraries in Richmond’s public schools.
